The same methodic used to evaluate biofilm morphology under AMP influence in stagnant fluid can be applied for both shaken vessel and in flow setup methods. Using as control both data represented in Fig.3 and Fig. 4 a comparison between biofilm growth under immobilized-AMPs, non-immobilized AMPs, and absence of AMPs can be made.
